Prices include maid service twice a week, change of linen twice a week, with change of towels every day. Bedrooms are equipped with air condition that can be operated by a pre-paid card. Laundry service is provided for a minimum charge and lines and pegs can be found on the roof for self made laundry. All amenities are not more than hundred meters away such as grocer, butcher, pharmacy, post office, bank, church, souvenir shop, jewellery shop, overseas telephone booths and also taxi and selfdrive garages. St. Thomas Bay, which is a very large sandy beach is only two kilometers away from the complex.

Extra beds can be provided for extra persons at €7 per night throughout the year.

The above prices include apartment rental from arrival to noon of departure day. Services include water, electricity and maid service twice a week. Towels are changed everyday. Change of bed linen twice a week. Apartments rented for one or two nights at an extra cost of 15% on the actual price.

Confirmation is strictly made on a deposit of 33% on overall charges. Special price for long lets. 5% reduction for renting apartments for more than six weeks.
