"L-Ghabex" is a brand new rustic style villa offering first class self-catering holiday accommodation in Gozo, the sister island of Malta. The layout consists of a reception hall with an indoor plant room leading onto an internal courtyard. This, in turn, leads into another hall which opens onto a huge sitting/dining room with a real fireplace. Adjacent to the dining area, we have a pretty, rustic kitchen. Kitchen appliances include fridge/freezer, gas cooker, dish-washer, electric kettle and toaster as well as a fire extinguisher and a fire blanket. The sitting/dining area enjoys two 2.5m wide apertures that open onto a south-facing fresh-water pool and sun-deck area with Bar-B-Q at the back. Excellent unobstructed country views and the ta' Pinu Church make this property unique. A washroom with an automatic washing machine and a shower/spare toilet complete the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms each sleeping two (three bedrooms having two single beds each and one bedroom with a double bed). Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom and is well lit and airy. All bedrooms are big enough to take an extra bed or cot if the need arises. All linen, towels, furniture, soft furnishings, carpets and decorations have been very well planned to complement the style of the house and are all of a very high standard. Ceiling fans have been installed in every room. TV set receiving cable television is also a permanent availability. Quilts and heaters are made available in each bedroom in winter.

Extra maid service, babysitting and car rental arrangements can be made upon request.

Our rates are as follows:
June, July, August and September @ €120 per night for 4 persons or less. Additional persons at €15 per person per night.

March, April, May, October and November @ €105 per night for 4 persons or less. Additional persons at @ €14 per person per night.

December, January and February @ €90 per night for 4 persons or less.

Additional persons at @ €13 per person per night.

Children between 2 and 10 years at half price; children under 2 years free of charge.
Peak periods such as Easter, Christmas and other Festive seasons are considered at the top rates.

Rentals on long let basis (periods minimum of 3 months) are welcome; rates are negotiable and dependant on length of stay and time of year.

Book early to avoid dissappointment.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 20% deposit.
