This nicely converted 200 year old farmhouse is situated in the very quiet village of Kercem. It is five minutes drive away from the nearest beach, Xlendi.

The farmhouse comprises a large arched lounge with open fireplace and TV set, a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and dining room combined, and also a small courtyard on the groundfloor. On the first floor there are two sunny terraces, two bedrooms, one of which is en suite.
